Splash of Color in Teardrop Wood Stand

"Splash of Color" is a fused glass piece that was created in a traditional stained glass look.  The pieces of glass were hand cut and assembled to create this colorful scene.  It is a one of a kind piece displayed in a custom teardrop shaped wood stand.  The glass was fused in our kiln at temperatures up to 1460 degrees Fahrenheit.  The beautiful colors really shine with some sunshine or even artificial light.
 
This piece including the stand measures approximately 7"W x 10"H x 1.75"D.
 
Please Note:  All items are hand made and each is unique.  There are innate characteristics of the glass that may create bubbles or other slight imperfections when fired to nearly 1500 degrees Fahrenheit.  This is a natural occurrence with all glass and does not diminish the beauty of the piece.
