Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

All mail is sent out through USPS Priority mail of FedEx where delivery is expected to take 3-5 business days.  Customers are responsible for shipping costs.

Order Processing Time

After you place your order, Empty Nest Makers will take 3-5 business days to prepare your purchases for shipment.  Custom orders will require may take longer to prepare for shipment depending on the complexity of the project.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

International Orders

At this time, we do not accept international orders, only orders within the United States.  This includes all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Return Policy

We want you to be pleased with your purchase, so returns are accepted.  Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.  You have 30 days from item delivery to ship this item back otherwise the item is no longer eligible for returns. 

 

Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for returns unless they are unless they arrive damaged.
