Peaking Through the Dune Grass Tabletop Display

This gorgeous custom designed and hand cut tabletop piece was inspired by the beauty of Lake Michigan.   Born and raised in Michigan, I have always gravitated to the tranquility of the lakes.  This piece measures approximately 12x15x3 inches including the stand.   The glass piece is approximately 12 inches in diameter.   It was custom designed and consists of pieces of various colors and sizes of transparent and opaque glass that were meticulously hand cut, molded, and assembled.    The glass was fused multiple times for over 24 hours at temperatures up to 1460 degrees Fahrenheit.
 
This beautiful focal point piece of art measures approximately 12"W x 15"H x 3"D.
 
Please Note:  All items are hand made and each is unique.  There are innate characteristics of the glass that may create bubbles or other slight imperfections when fired to nearly 1500 degrees Fahrenheit.  This is a natural occurrence with all glass and does not diminish the beauty of the piece.
